How Can I Access Invoices and Proof of Delivery Documents for a Specific SHIPTO Account?

Step 1: Once logged into your account, navigate to the Shopping History section.

Step 2: In the Shopping History section, click on Filters.

Step 3: Click the expand box for the Ship To field.

Step 4: Search for your SHIPTO account via Name, Address, City, State, or Zip Code. If you have given your SHIPTOs nicknames, you may search for them via the Name filter.

Step 5: The results displayed will be all the invoices in the specified date range associated with the filtered SHIPTO account. Please note that you may only filter by one SHIPTO account at a time.
