How to View & Print Proof of Delivery?

You can access an order's proof of delivery 7 to 10 days after delivery by following the steps below.


1. Select the My Account section in the header

2. If you have not already logged in you will be prompted to log in with your email and password

  • You will not be able to access the My Account section without logging in

3. On the My Account Page, you will see the Functions section where you can then select the Shopping History tab.

4. Select the order you are looking to retrieve the Proof of Delivery via the order number.

5. Once the Proof of Delivery (POD) is available, 7 - 10 days after delivery, you will find it at the top of the page. 

  • Simply select the POD number and it will automatically download
