ProStar PRS40 MIG Gun - Miller-Compatible

Durable, semi-automatic air-cooled ProStar MIG guns are trigger-tested to pull over one million times without failure. The ergonomically designed handle is constructed of high-impact, glass-reinforced composite. The internal gas hose resists kinking. Durable fittings maintain conductivity.

Features

Rugged, easy-to-convert gun connection, power pins with male threads, and can be changed without removing rigid strain relief. Trigger cable adapters make reconnecting trigger wires unnecessary.

Centerfire nozzle built-in spatter shields protect the diffuser and produce smoother, less turbulent and concentrated shielding gas flow for less oxidation, contamination, and better protection of the weld puddle.

Centerfire tips are threadless and drop and lock into place (no tools required to change), remain centered even after hard use, last up to three times longer, and can be rotated 360° to create new wear surface and extend tip life.
