Sowesco 630 Wire - 0.045 in
Pinnacle Alloys ER630 is used for welding very high strength martensitic stainless steels, precipitation hardened by additions of copper. Strength of these materials can be up to three times that of standard 300 series austenitic stainless steels. Precipitation hardening steels can be used in the as welded condition or in the heat treated condition to obtain higher strength. The mechanical properties of this alloy are greatly influenced by the heat treatment.
