Praxair Distribution, Inc. and Linde Gas North America LLC become Linde Gas & Equipment Inc.

We are happy to announce that as of October 11, 2021, Praxair Distribution, Inc. (" PDI") and Linde Gas North America LLC ("LGNA") are now officially one entity, named Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. This is a result of the merger of LGNA into PDI, with PDI as the surviving entity, and the simultaneous name change of the surviving entity to Linde Gas & Equipment Inc.
You may have already noticed some changes on some of our buildings, retail locations, fill plants and trucks. Moving forward, you will now see Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. on our email signatures, business cards and business documents, including invoices.
Important information regarding any changes
For former PDI customers and suppliers:
- No change to your contacts, order processing and remittance information
- POs issued to suppliers under PDI will continue to be accepted
- No change to the Federal Tax ID as the new entity will use 94-01693764
- Please update your banking/EFT and lockbox information to reflect the name change to Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. The account numbers will not change.
For former LGNA customer and suppliers:
- No change to your contacts, order processing and remittance information
- POs issues to suppliers under Linde Gas North America LLC will continue to be accepted
- Please change the Federal TAX ID to 94-01693764
- Please update your banking/EFT and lockbox information to reflect the name change to Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. The account numbers will not change.
