Your New Linde Online Bill Payment Center
We are now excited to announce that the Linde online bill payment center has migrated all accounts payable activities to LindeDirect.com.
LindeDirect.com bill paying capabilities include:
- Adding credit cards and bank accounts to online wallet
- Paying invoices (via credit card or ACH/bank account)
- Scheduling payments
- Setting up autopayment rules
It is not a requirement for customers to sign up for e-invoicing. If you prefer, you can continue to receive paper invoices and pay via ACH/check.
How to Migrate Your Accounts
To migrate your online AP accounts, you will first need to visit LindeDirect.com and reset your password using the email address associated with your account. If you need to update your account email address before password reset, there is an option to do so. After account migration, you will need to set up your online wallet followed by any autopay
rules that were previously set on the online bill payment center. If you need to make any changes to your billing/shipping addresses, you can submit your request to LG.US.PDIUSNewAccounts@linde.com.
Once these steps are complete, you should be all set! Payments will be processed within one business day, and you will receive an email confirmation when invoices are paid.
