Linde Gears Up for an Action-Packed CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023

Portable Productivity for Construction, Shipbuilding and Heavy Fabrication

Among the thousands of products being showcased at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 in Las Vegas, our Linde representatives will be exhibiting an array fabrication and construction solutions to increase operational productivity and reduce downtime, including Linde’s Productivity-On-Demand (POD™) Portable Microbulk Gas Delivery System.

Linde’s POD™ provides construction companies, shipbuilders and heavy fabricators with an alternative to facilities and jobsites filled with single cylinders, cylinder packs and portable liquid vessels. Enough to support 25 or more welders, the system concurrently delivers pure argon and argon/CO2 blends at 600-950 cubic feet per hour. As a complete gas supply system that can be moved while full and works where you work, it helps improve productivity, boost efficiency and reduce costs by reducing cylinder handling and change-outs. Innovative and flexible, the POD System ensures a high purity gas supply that’s convenient and dependable.


Discover the Flexibility of the LANCER™ COBOT™ System

 
Also being exhibited at Linde booth S63428 is Linde’s PROSTAR™ LANCER™ COBOT (collaborative robot) welding system. Designed for smaller, complex operations, the LANCER COBOT consists of a 60-inch by 48-inch workspace, 5/8- inch peg tooling compatibility and a 500-amp BINZEL® air-cooled welding torch in a compact footprint.

Additionally, with its pendant programming, the Linde’s COBOT system is easy to custom configure for your specific applications, making the system simpler to weld or cut and ready to help you improve the productivity of your tough or complex processes.

The LANCER COBOT is also configurable with HYPERTHERM® plasma cutting systems, making it a robotic plasma cutting system as well. 


Ask About Our PROSTAR™ Fume and Dust Collectors 

Also being exhibited at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 is Linde’s PROSTAR™ line of fume and dust collectors. You can combine your LANCER™ COBOT systems with any of our PROSTAR™ fume and dust collectors for worker protection and productivity gains. 

PROSTAR™ fume and dust collectors provide outstanding features at an affordable price. The PROSTAR™ portable collector provides 1200 CFM airflow with three washable filter options. The PROSTAR™ portable light collector provides a compact frame with 875 CFM and two disposable filter options. The Tip Extraction Unit (TEC) is available in one-, two- and six-torch configurations and delivers, on average, greater than 95% fume collection efficiency at the tip of the welding torch.
